week 6 in&outs.

[1] my kitten- i know know you are so sick of hearing about it. but i just cant help myself i think she is the cutest thing in the world! she arrives home on friday so YAY!

[2] people style watch- the april issue is so good. i always love their spring fashion ideas. hands down the best magazine for copying celebs looks.

[3] pink- i did an all pink look on saturday to go kitten supplies shopping and it looked so cool. i used my 96 color palette and i got tons of compliments on how pretty and bright it was. i like to do my crazier looks on saturdays, sunday-friday i save for my more reserved looks.

[4] destroyed denim- i cant wait to get my hands on a million pairs. i love jeans with bleach spots, ripes, tears, and holes. i loved them like two years ago when they were popular and ive secretly loved them ever since. now that they are back i no longer have to hide my love for them!

[1] high school drama- personally i am someone who doesnt have drama. i kept my business to myself and i never talk about things or people that i cant back up with facts, evidence, or balls [figuratively of course]. so no one really bothers me or starts stuff, plus im just a really nice person =). but my girlfriends...OMG they are drama magnets, and i get sucked into defending them in their crazy scandals. thank god there is only a few more months of it cause im tired and ready for it to all be over.

[2] my eating habits- theres nothing else to except that im a pig! i cant stop eating awful things!

[3] being broke- ughh i need a job so badly. there is just so much i want to buy, but *sigh* i cant.

[4] the maury show- lol i know its ridiculous but i watch when i dont have school or when i stay home. but seriously they need to come up with some new show topics the "who's your babies daddy" episodes are getting old! lol.

new baby.

last weekend my mother and i were at PETCO buying things for avy[my bird]. we were just looking around the store killing time or whatever. we stumbled upon a cat adoption foundation. i saw this kitten that i fell in love with she was adorable. she was tiny and gray with a peach spot around her nose. it took a lot of har work and convincing my mom finally said we couldnt adopt her! so we went back to PETCO that same day. the women wouldnt let us adopt the kitten because we couldnt take its sister too. [we already have a bird, an 11 year old dog, and a puppy that comes every other week, so two kittens wasnt going to happen.] the women was actually really rude, like here people are inquiring about adopting a kitten that needs a good home and you wont give them the time of day.

anyway my cousin volunteers for a shelter in the city and we talked to her and she gave me a website to look on to see the kittens they had. i picked out a few but either within a few hours or a day or two they were gone because the shelter wouldnt let my cousin put one on hold. i was starting to lose hope. until yesterday.

my mom called me from work and told me to check my email. i went on there was a link to petfinder.com. there was a picture of possibly to cutest kitten i had ever seen! my mom asked me if i wanted her and i couldnt deny her little face. the name her foster home gave her is souffle, and she is 6 weeks old. my mom already called in to the foundation to talk about our interest in her and to ask about the adoption procedure. all my mom had to do was fill out an application and our application was approved. her and the other kittens in her litter go the vet this week so she wont be ready for us to bring home until next friday. which is the downside because i really hoping to have my new baby by this weekend, but she is so cute and tiny ill need more time anyway to clean and kitten-proof my house and room. im so excited her her arrival and i as soon as she gets here ill video for guys so you can meet her too!

i have been talking about hopefully geting a laptop soon because i need privacy when i blog, twitter, youtube. my mom's company was going out of bussiness anf they had laptops that they no longer need so my mom snatched one up for me and her tach guy fix it up. yay!!!so its an acer travelmate 2434WLMi. pictured below:

okay so there it is. it has a huge screen i love it. i just need some office software and a web cam. so maybe ill pick that stuff up when i get the supplies for the new kitten.

oops did i let that a secret out lol. im adopting a kitten from a shelter. im so excited, im like a giddy kid.

in&outs week 5.

[1] laser tag- i havent played since i was little until last night. it was my friends 18th birthday and we all went to a local gaming arcade to play. turns out im pretty sick at it lol. it was so much i felt i stealth spy!

[2] china glaze nail polish- these were on sale at ulta for 3.99 so i picked up 3 and currently im wearing turned up turquoise.

[3] my short hair- im loving it. its so crazy how a change in your hair can make a change in you. i subscriber comment my video and said my new short hair looked fun and said that short hair is for fun people. i totally agree. i feel so much more femine, flirty, and fun the 3 imprtant female F's!

[4] a more natural look- so now that my hair is lighter thanks to my fantastic caramel highlights i find that i dont need as much makeup. the "hello, i wake up looking thing cute" look cute whereas before with my dark hair that look made me look washed out and tired. its hard though because i love dramatic looks and i have to find newer ones that look good my new hair colour because some just dont look good anymore.

[1] people trying to convince me not to get a tattoo- i want one. ive thought about it since i was in the seventh grade and i have always wanted one. i finally found what i want and where and everyone is like no no dont do it. when will everyone i usually always end up doing what i want in the end.

[2] proactive- sorry dear your currently on me ish- list!

[3] not having a laptop- ughhhh i just want one sa badly! i hate having to sit down stairs in the common area while im trying to do stuff on the computer everyone is always looking over my shoulder.

[4] being broke- my history teacher says is best "being broke is no joke" i believe her!

my new skin care routine.

okay so i finally got around to getting my new face care stuff. i just picked it op on friday at ulta. the line im referring to is Dermalogica's Clean Start! Its new to ulta and i was won over initially by its...packaging...i know im bad. i will never understand why im such a sucker for packaging. so there are 3 steps to the system and there are like 3 products or so in each step. so i picked up the wash off face/back/chest wash. it has a really cool flip top on it and i just think you all should know about that super cool but also very useless feature. wash off is from the getting clean step[1]. then from the taking on issues step [2] i got the hit the spot product which is a spot treatment. its in a pen like packaging where you press a button [which i also lockable] to pump the product out of the tip. one pump is enough for each breakout area so you never waste product. then the last thing i got was prom the protecting skin step [3] and i got brighten up spf15. its a super light tinted moisturizer that protects and evens out your skin tone. so far i love these! but ill keep you posted on how they work on me.

okay so eons ago, thats something my mommy says lol, anyway way back when i did my skin care video a lot of people had things to say about proactive, which was what i as using. some good some bad. anyway it was working for me and had been, for like two years so i kept on using it. well now im seeing that it isnt really doing anything for my skin anymore. its almost never clear there is always some kind of blemish or bump and im getting sick of it. so im canceling my proactive and hopefully this weekend i can get into ulta and pick up something new. im thinking that i want to try something a little more highend then drugstore brands. Ulta has this new brand i read about called clean start by dermalogica which is a good brand so i figured id give it a go. but i will be honest i do really like the packaging =) which will proabably be the determining factor! lame lame lame i know my mother says im a merchandiser's dream. anyway ill keep you all updated.

P.S. i have a sore throat and its killing me because i love to talk lol.

time for change!

okay so if you know me you know i get bored with my wardrobe and hairstyle/color really fast. well back in the day, right before my freshman year of high school to be exact, i chopped off all my hair. my hair went from like right bellow my boobs lol, yes i said boobs, to like an inch above my shoulders. after seeing how long it was taking to grow my hair back out i vowed to never cut it again! but my hair is just getting soooo unhealthy and nothing is helping so.....

since the tittle of this post is time for a change, you pretty much know what i am hinting at. i want to cut my hair. so these are a few of the styles im considering. feel free to leave you opinion in a comment, unless it is too keep my hair long thats not going to happen, it seriously needs to be cut.

new shirt.

i went to the mall yesterday and my dad told me to pick out a shirt i like, so i got this one. paired it with my black leggings and flats, dug up my forever21 purple bead necklace and gold pyramid stud bracelet and we've got our look. i got the top at wet seal for $25.50 and they were having a sale buy one top get the other half off, so if you have a wet seal near you check it out.

week 4 in&outs.

[1] starsmakeuphaven 96 color palette- it was $24 and change and worth very penny! every color is gorgeous and highly pigmented for its price. i did i bright green look with and loved it! this coming from and girl who loves her neutrals.

[2] style change- im starting to see a bit of a change in my clothing choices as i get more into my music and i really like it. im letting my music and my mood inspire my outfits and people are giving me compliments left and right!

[3]being in the studio- it's exhausting but the results are worth it. i love getting to just put on my head phones and belt out the lyrics. and i'm finding that i think my boyfriend is slightly more attractive than usual when he's producing and mixing the tracks. is that weird? i love a techy musical guy. =)

[4] the movie anchorman- i love love love that movie it makes me pee my pants everytime i watch it. "65% of the time it works everytime". "brian that doesn't make sense."

[1] insulting comments- you know what bothers me more than mean comments?...insulting ones! i rather people be like ew your ugly than insult my intelligence. like hi thanks i kinda know what im talking about or else i wouldnt be talking about it....

[2] research papers- my english teacher wants me to commit suicide, i swear.

[3] my hair style- i really want a new one! something of a darker color and a little more edgy cut. i cant do anything with it though because prom is june 5 and i wont be able to style short choppy dark brown hair to go with my bohemian inspired dress.

96 color palette!

Aren't they beautiful, no i think we'll say gorgeous! okay i ordered this baby on a monday night, it shipped on tuesday and was here on friday! quick right. so i off of starsmakeuphaven.com after watching makeupbyrenren and hearing her talk about how great they are. before i ordered them i was considering getting the coastal scents 88 palette but then i was like hmmm 96 sounds better. anyway starsmakeuphaven is selling the same palettes but they're cheaper and in these tough economic times cheaper is great! so check it out!
