this is a quick blog update. i haven't posted on here in a while. since my last post little Lacey has moved in and become a very important part of my family's life. at first she was skeptical of everyone but then she decided she was going to turn into Dora the explorer, i couldn't keep track of her, she was everywhere! under the bed, inside the box spring, behind the desk, and on top of a stack of movies. good god she wears me out. she is very sweet and playful, she even likes Toby the 11 year old dog. they like to chase each other around the living room. as i write all this she is laying by my side sleeping but i'm sure she'll be up in 5 minutes to play so i better get myself prepared for playtime =).byeeee.

[1] my kitten- i know know you are so sick of hearing about it. but i just cant help myself i think she is the cutest thing in the world! she arrives home on friday so YAY!

[2] people style watch- the april issue is so good. i always love their spring fashion ideas. hands down the best magazine for copying celebs looks.

[3] pink- i did an all pink look on saturday to go kitten supplies shopping and it looked so cool. i used my 96 color palette and i got tons of compliments on how pretty and bright it was. i like to do my crazier looks on saturdays, sunday-friday i save for my more reserved looks.

[4] destroyed denim- i cant wait to get my hands on a million pairs. i love jeans with bleach spots, ripes, tears, and holes. i loved them like two years ago when they were popular and ive secretly loved them ever since. now that they are back i no longer have to hide my love for them!

[1] high school drama- personally i am someone who doesnt have drama. i kept my business to myself and i never talk about things or people that i cant back up with facts, evidence, or balls [figuratively of course]. so no one really bothers me or starts stuff, plus im just a really nice person =). but my girlfriends...OMG they are drama magnets, and i get sucked into defending them in their crazy scandals. thank god there is only a few more months of it cause im tired and ready for it to all be over.

[2] my eating habits- theres nothing else to except that im a pig! i cant stop eating awful things!

[3] being broke- ughh i need a job so badly. there is just so much i want to buy, but *sigh* i cant.

[4] the maury show- lol i know its ridiculous but i watch when i dont have school or when i stay home. but seriously they need to come up with some new show topics the "who's your babies daddy" episodes are getting old! lol.

last weekend my mother and i were at PETCO buying things for avy[my bird]. we were just looking around the store killing time or whatever. we stumbled upon a cat adoption foundation. i saw this kitten that i fell in love with she was adorable. she was tiny and gray with a peach spot around her nose. it took a lot of har work and convincing my mom finally said we couldnt adopt her! so we went back to PETCO that same day. the women wouldnt let us adopt the kitten because we couldnt take its sister too. [we already have a bird, an 11 year old dog, and a puppy that comes every other week, so two kittens wasnt going to happen.] the women was actually really rude, like here people are inquiring about adopting a kitten that needs a good home and you wont give them the time of day.

anyway my cousin volunteers for a shelter in the city and we talked to her and she gave me a website to look on to see the kittens they had. i picked out a few but either within a few hours or a day or two they were gone because the shelter wouldnt let my cousin put one on hold. i was starting to lose hope. until yesterday.

my mom called me from work and told me to check my email. i went on there was a link to petfinder.com. there was a picture of possibly to cutest kitten i had ever seen! my mom asked me if i wanted her and i couldnt deny her little face. the name her foster home gave her is souffle, and she is 6 weeks old. my mom already called in to the foundation to talk about our interest in her and to ask about the adoption procedure. all my mom had to do was fill out an application and our application was approved. her and the other kittens in her litter go the vet this week so she wont be ready for us to bring home until next friday. which is the downside because i really hoping to have my new baby by this weekend, but she is so cute and tiny ill need more time anyway to clean and kitten-proof my house and room. im so excited her her arrival and i as soon as she gets here ill video for guys so you can meet her too!

i have been talking about hopefully geting a laptop soon because i need privacy when i blog, twitter, youtube. my mom's company was going out of bussiness anf they had laptops that they no longer need so my mom snatched one up for me and her tach guy fix it up. yay!!!so its an acer travelmate 2434WLMi. pictured below:

okay so there it is. it has a huge screen i love it. i just need some office software and a web cam. so maybe ill pick that stuff up when i get the supplies for the new kitten.

oops did i let that a secret out lol. im adopting a kitten from a shelter. im so excited, im like a giddy kid.

[1] laser tag- i havent played since i was little until last night. it was my friends 18th birthday and we all went to a local gaming arcade to play. turns out im pretty sick at it lol. it was so much i felt i stealth spy!

[2] china glaze nail polish- these were on sale at ulta for 3.99 so i picked up 3 and currently im wearing turned up turquoise.

[3] my short hair- im loving it. its so crazy how a change in your hair can make a change in you. i subscriber comment my video and said my new short hair looked fun and said that short hair is for fun people. i totally agree. i feel so much more femine, flirty, and fun the 3 imprtant female F's!

[4] a more natural look- so now that my hair is lighter thanks to my fantastic caramel highlights i find that i dont need as much makeup. the "hello, i wake up looking thing cute" look cute whereas before with my dark hair that look made me look washed out and tired. its hard though because i love dramatic looks and i have to find newer ones that look good my new hair colour because some just dont look good anymore.

[1] people trying to convince me not to get a tattoo- i want one. ive thought about it since i was in the seventh grade and i have always wanted one. i finally found what i want and where and everyone is like no no dont do it. when will everyone i usually always end up doing what i want in the end.

[2] proactive- sorry dear your currently on me ish- list!

[3] not having a laptop- ughhhh i just want one sa badly! i hate having to sit down stairs in the common area while im trying to do stuff on the computer everyone is always looking over my shoulder.

[4] being broke- my history teacher says is best "being broke is no joke" i believe her!
